Globex Trade is a matching marketplace: US buyers submit a free match request; we aim to shortlist sellers who appear on relevant US import lanes and introduce parties while we densify. Buyers and sellers bring their own HS; furniture and plastics pages are example lane context only. A clear commission may apply later only if density and closed trades justify it. This preview is a draft site — not a live commercial offer until publish.

Not a broker guarantee

Matching and intros are not a guarantee of a closed trade, price, quality, compliance outcome, or shipment. We are not a freight forwarder, customs broker, or exclusive agent for either side.

No fake metrics

We do not invent GMV, supplier counts, fit scores, or timelines. Responsible sourcing language means resilient multi-origin optionality and lane transparency — not carbon-neutral badges, ESG scores, certified-sustainable claims, fake audits, or “guaranteed single origin.”

User responsibilities

Provide accurate, non-misleading information in match requests, seller profiles, and contact notes. Do not submit unlawful content or someone else’s personal data without a basis to do so. Forms on this preview are stubs: nothing is stored or emailed by Globex yet.

Intellectual property

Site copy, marks, and design are owned by Globex Trade or its licensors. Do not copy the site for competing use without permission. Third-party names (for comparison only) remain their owners’ marks.

Limitation of liability (draft)

To the extent allowed by law, Globex Trade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this preview or from intros that do not close. This draft limitation will be counsel-reviewed before publish.
