You submit a free match request: HS code(s), target origins if known, and a volume band. On this draft preview the form is a stub — nothing is stored or emailed yet. When capture is live, that request starts the shortlist.
2. US-lane shortlist
We shortlist sellers who already appear on relevant US import lanes for your HS — priority origins Vietnam, India, Mexico. Customs-proven / lane-proven signals first, not storefront ads.
